Despite a few setbacks with room changes, the hotel's ultimate dedication to ensuring our comfort shone through. the outdoor dining option was a great relief during these times, and the food was top-notch. the central location made exploring the city easy, especially with safe parking and helpful staff. I was impressed by the personal touches, like the razors provided and assistance with flat tires, which showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. the European buffet breakfast was a delightful start to the day, setting a positive tone for our adventures in Mexicali.
